As Executive Director, I partner with the board of directors to get the organization to the next level. As we continue to evolve and follow through on our vision "To develop safe, decent, and affordable housing that demonstrate how the diverse racial and cultural groups in Evanston can thrive together". In this role I continue to provide leadership, strong operational execution, program development and financial prudence in development planning in order to further build out our staff and begin to engage in better talent management. As we look to expand in the coming year our focus will be around developing stronger internal processes and ensuring continual execution and to better engage with our community; local government and housing partners to become the preferred partner in affordable housing development in Evanston.
